A full and detailed introduction to TQC
Aim of the course:
This is a web based course which will give a full and detailed introduction to TQC, focusing on food product records and specifications. We will include details and examples of Tesco labelling policy and its functionality in the creation and progression of a specification, using a variety of examples. We encourage participants to bring their own examples of product for discussion on day two.

This course is for Tesco and supplier partner technical colleagues who are new to Tesco or TQC and want detailed hands on training. This course further benefits participants by offering one to one support with an experienced trainer.
