TQC Food Training
This is a web based course which will give a full and detailed introduction to TQC, focusing on food product records and specifications. We will include details and examples of Tesco labelling policy and its functionality in the creation and progression of a specification, using a variety of examples. We encourage participants to bring their own examples of product for discussion on day two.
Description
This training programme is designed for suppliers of food, drink, and raw material suppliers who supply Tesco. The course is simply designed to take learners through how to enter and complete their specification information onto Tesco Quality Connect (TQC) and highlight key areas in order to complete and submit your specification right first time.
To help you understand TQC and how it works for your type of product. Submit specifications to the correct team and get specifications approved by Tesco; so Tesco can produce safe and legal products for their customers.
By completing this course, you will be able to understand how to complete your specification, and submit your specification following the Tesco policies related to your type of product; safely, legally, and to a consistent quality.
The course will use a combination of the TQC system (Training site will be used), slides used for recaps and pointers, and Tesco policy documents for accurate up to date information.
